I understand that I am making a personal commitment to 100+ Women Who Care About Southern Duval to donate $100 quarterly to the not-for-profit(s) chosen by the majority of the 100+ members. I agree that I will make each payment before that quarterly meeting and understand if I elect to use Grapevine I will be responsible for any processing fees that may occur.
I understand that failure to donate on time, except for extenuating circumstances, will result in termination of my membership. (required)

After filling out this form you will be automatically directed to our Grapevine online giving platform. Please set up an account for your quarterly $100 donation. Once it is set up for reoccurring quarterly donations, you will not need to do this step again and you will automatically be kept up to date as a member.
